STORE & SHIPPING POLICIES. 

Please note - It may take up to 10 days after your order is placed for it to be sent. I usually try to do shipping on Wednesday every week.  If you require an item to be delivered by a specific date (within reason) please email to let me know and i will do my best to accommodate you. 

Tracking information - please note that tracking is NOT AUTOMATIC on any orders, but can be added to your package at an extra cost. Email me after purchasing and i will let you know the amount, to be transferred via paypal in an additional transaction. Otherwise i am unable to help locate any item after I send it.

Standard postage times - Please note that postal transit (via Australia Post) within Australia averages a week, and sending from Australia to anywhere else in the world can take 2-3 weeks. 

Lost Items - If you do not request tracking for your item, and it never arrives, i unfortunately cannot send you a replacement item - i cannot accept responsibility for the mistakes of the postal service. Please let me know if you would like to purchase postal insurance on your item (this is particularly advisable with original art.)
